Public Health orders during Holiday Travels

Please be advised the Governor has issued a State at Home Order effective Saturday, November 21, 2020, through December21, that mandates non-essential workplaces close between 10PM and 5AM daily for Counties in the Purple Tier. For restaurants, takeout is still allowed after 10PM but no sit down dining outside. Please note workers supporting groceries, pharmacies, convenience stores, and other retail that sells food or beverage products …for online orders, pickup/takeout or delivery is listed under the Food and Agriculture sector under essential workforce ( and would be able to remain open during the hours of 10PM and 5AM to provide for those essential services for offsite consumption/use only.  For the full description, please see the order here State Stay at Home Order.
