Day in the Country is our biggest event of the year - a Los Olivos tradition of celebrating our quaint country town with an early morning family fun run, small-town parade, hundreds of local and regional crafters, artists and food purveyors, wine tastings, tractor show, and more fun for all ages! Folks young and old come from far and wide to experience what it's like to spend a day in the country, Los Olivos style. Get more info here and apply to be in the parade here.

 Deadlines:Booth space for local chamber members is $90 per exhibitor (artists, crafters and Nonprofits) before September 17, and $110 starting September 18, and $200 per prepared food booth/truck before September 17, $225 starting September 18. Booth space with electricity (if available) is an additional $125 per booth. Special requirements will be honored if at all possible. Dear Exhibitors and Food Vendors:
This is an application for booth space at DAY IN THE COUNTRY 2017. The event takes place in the beautiful town of Los
Olivos and is scheduled for Sat u r d a y , O c t ober 21. Please read carefully!!
Booth space is $95 per exhibitor (artists, crafters and others) before September 17, and $110 starting September 18, and $225 per
prepared food booth/truck. Booth space with electricity (if available) is an additional $125 per booth – note: typically electricity is
not available. Special requirements will be honored if at all possible. Please read the following:
• Reservations will be made upon receipt of the application and payment. Space assignments will be made on a first come, first
served basis. Rese r v a t i o n s mu st be ma d e by Oc t o b er 1 to guarantee a space. There will be no refunds after this date.
• If you would like the same space as last year, please so indicate, and, if possible, provide booth number requested.
• Spaces are 10’ deep by 15’ frontage. You will need to provide your own tables and set-up. Please keep in mind that it can be
rather windy at times and therefore you should be prepared to anchor your display/tables/tents to the ground.
• All booths need to be completely set up by 8:45 a.m. on the day of the event. Al l ca r s , tr u c k s , an d de b r i s ar e to be off the
street by 8: 00 a. m . If set-up is not complete by 8:00 a.m., then exhibitors must hand-carry items to the booths. Noncompliance
with this may affect obtaining space in future Los Olivos events.
• PARKING IS NOT PERMITTED AT THE BOOTHS. Special handicapped parking is available. Exhibitors’ and visitors’ cars will be
routed away from highway 154 and parking will be provided around town.
• FOR PUBLIC SAFETY: No spray string, toy guns, caps or exploding devices are permitted.
• FOOD BOOTHS must comply with Santa Barbara County Health Regulations. Application for food bo o t hs mu s t be
